Gladys Orobosa (she/her/hers)
2nd Year M.A. Student Gladys is in the second year of her M.A. in the Social and Personality Psychology program. She completed her B.A. (Honours) at the University of Regina, where her thesis focused on Children’s Understanding of Arithmetic Concepts under the supervision of Dr. Katherine Robinson. Her research interests primarily focus on prejudice and discrimination and factors that mitigate or exacerbate the effects of discrimination on the self. Gladys’s master's thesis research will explore how the experience of nostalgia promotes positive attitudes towards racial/ethnic outgroup members. |

My name is Rowan and I am a fourth year student in the Faculty of Science at the University of Manitoba. My major is Psychology and this fall term marks my first year in the Psychology Honours Program. For the first 3 years, Biological Sciences was my minor, however, this year I switched over to Statistics. My research interests are in clinical, forensic, behavioural and social psychology. |

Roxanne is a third year student majoring in psychology through the Faculty of Science at the University of Manitoba. She plans on completing her honours degree in psychology, and then furthering her education by pursuing a master's degree. She is particularly intrigued by interpersonal cognition, as well as the role of personal identity on behavior in group dynamics. |
